All custom products are made to order and generally ship within 3 - 5 days from proof of artwork. There is no return for custom made products although customer satisfaction is guaranteed. All standard products generally ship within 1 - 3 days from receipt of order. Standard products come with a 30 day warranty. Returns of standard products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
